Aegis is an Executive Search & Selection partnership and a sister business of Consult Limited, the leading specialist consultancy for HR professionals. We share the same values and ethos as Consult but operate autonomously, concentrating on management, head-of-function and senior executive appointments across a range of professions and disciplines.

Aegis has a 'Solutions not Products' approach and consulting process. Our unbiased capability in both Search and Advertised Selection methodologies (frequently combining elements from both to create a hybrid approach) means that assignments managed cover a broad spectrum. In terms of level, the majority are in the £60,000 to £130,000 salary range.

We work with a wide range of organisations, especially in the Business to Business, Services, Consumer and Technology industries. We also have many clients in the not-for-profit sector, including major charities, national institutes and professional bodies.

Typically, our clients are people who feel confident and comfortable with the more personal approach to senior level recruitment consultancy which Aegis brings. Our less formal style and made-to-measure solutions are often in contrast to the fixed approach adopted by some of the larger headhunting firms. We see our relationship with clients and candidates as a partnership with shared objectives.
